In Seattle its known as "Charbucks" for the way the burn the beans. (Really)

Be sure to order enough caramel, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and other caloric enhancers to mask their coffee taste.

Oh, and I like the cell phone idea.

you know you're not super-cool unless you roll up, top down, bluetooth thing in your ear, sunglasses on, speaking with lots of acronyms and not missing a beat in your conversation between ordering (using the correct terminology) and getting back to your super-duper important conversation

come on now.

oh, and if it's one of those drive-up jobbies, park in the no parking zone, walk up, if there's a line hop back in your car and loudly bitch about having to wait

lol.....

I'll save you all the fancy cell-phone advise. I will reinforce the whole small-medium-large names, though. I hate how they have to re-brand the sizes. S-M-L has worked for years....

That being said, here are three of my favs -

-Pumpkin spice latt

Raul, that's so vain.

Don't try to be cool, you may look like a fool.

For me, a large regular coffee, black, just like I like my cars.

I never try to be cool, not possible for me. Just another regular Joe looking for a good, overpriced cup of Joe.

On second thought, why don't you just stick with Pepsi.

Yes Starbucks coffee is generally overroasted and nasty, but in many places its the best alternative to Folgers and what some diner is serving. Of course, 90% of customers are probably not buying coffee anyway, but some sugared up drink next to coffee on the menu.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee is good.

Your Dunkin Donuts must be ALOT better than the one in Statesville.

BTW, I usually just get a hot chocolate and my GF gets a Large Pumpkin Spice Latte'.

HAHAHA!

Reminds me of a true story. I was designing an addition for a white, middle class, Methodist church a number of years ago and the minister was a tall, raven haired, strikingly attractive woman (who always wore white lace and red lipstick ). The minister, her husband and the building committee visited my office for a planning meeting. Upon arrival the women on the committee immediately dashed for the women's room so I offered coffee to the men.

"I'll take my coffee like I like my women," said the minister's husband.

"You mean warm and blond," said a committee member?

"No!" said the minister's husband. "Hot and BLACK!"
