Default Attorney in Asheville

Got popped for 15 over in Asheville by NC State Trooper. Figured I need to save my insurance premiums and get a lawyer. Anyone had any good results or dealings that can handle this for me?

If you have not already, you will get a dozen or so solicitations form attorneys in Asheville...I would just call them and get prices...they will tell you what they can reduce it to.
I had one out on the outer banks...a State Trooper that is notorious for not reducing the charges...hope you don't get one of them.

Bummer to hear! I'm assuming this was on I-40? We didn't see any cops out today until we got on I-26 after Asheville.

I'll check with my sister/brother-in-law... they live in Asheville and speed all the time, lol. They've certainly had to call on one before.

Bro-in-law said that what he does for little traffic stuff like that now is just look for a young attorney that sends a letter in the mail. He said they are usually cheaper, and every attorney is going to be able to take care of the little traffic stuff like that no problem regardless of experience. So he basically shops small traffic tickets out on price, lol. Trust me, this guy has paid a lot of money to traffic lawyers.

He did say that if you're looking for a name though, Curtis Sluder is who he's used in the past. http://sluderlaw.com

I guess I was lucky.

On I 40 all the way to raleigh but only saw a couple of SHP. I just paced with all the other idiots out there around 12 over, no problem.

Good luck B. that insururance rate is painful.
