I used some outfit in Canada...can't find the name. Do a Google on Anti-Photo Radar License Plate Cover. The brand name is Protector and protects both from side and overhead angles.

I got nabbed for the light...speed was 32mph. Sunday morning Starbucks run...I usually don't try to cheat on light changes: too many dip----- in SUVs out there.
