Can anyone suggest a good shop in Raleigh, preferably NW / Brier Creek area that would be a good place to take my AP1 for 100K mile servicing?

I'd also sincerely appreciate any help with suggestions for what services to request. I assume trans fluid, diff, wheel bearings (I have a wobble), and general lube.

You should contact wadzii, he works at Chris Leith Dodge in Wake Forest. Knows the S very well, owns one and works on MANY.
