Jeremy, I have a little dilema...
My "serious" tires are rather worn in the front...I'm not comfortable using them for the BRPDV3. My "all-seasons" do not make me super confident in the twisties. I think I can contain myself on portions of the drive...but how many TOTAL miles are we looking at for BRPDV3?
first of all, i'm glad to hear that some more people will be joining us
My tires were back ordered, and mine are bald and have a slow leak, but I think I might be in for this trip. i will see how saturday goes for me. If I come I will probably not stay the entire day. Will give my yes or no answer saturday!
this is not the time or place to be wishy-washy.
Are ya'll doing this weekend or was it last weekend? this weekend i could def. be in.
again, the drive is Sunday, 10.19.

How many people are going? You taking 77 North to what?
don't really know how many people, sounds like about 9 cars ATM.
this is roughly what the drive will look like, excluding any runs up/down HWY 80:
we will be leaving IHOP at exit 25, heading west on 73 toward Lincolnton, then north on 321 into Blowing Rock. Last minute changes due to my faulty GPS should be considered mandatory
just a reminder, no one HAS to drive hard. there will be traffic on the parkway, and driving hard there isn't a good idea anyway. i myself will not be driving all out on HWY 80, and i will probably bring up the rear, so it will be a drive at your own pace scenario.
the weather should be nice; don't let some worn tires keep you from coming out for this glorious event.
And I highly recommend taking the 226 loop at Little Switzerland
I love peer pressure, keep it up, I am getting closer to coming...hahaha...I just switched over from owning a Subaru for 6 years, so I am looking forward to meeting some S2000 people finally...
