I was curious about that too...

 

Normally we stop at a store in blowing rock and then eat at the picnic spot right outside of town. As I recall some of the group liked some apples from there last year.

 

 

Car is washed, oil has been checked, silencers removed from exhaust, topped off washer fluid, updated playlists synced to ipod, camera battery charged, and map placed in car.

All that I have left is to get some gas and check tire pressure first thing in the morning. FYI I will have my good tire gauge in my car if anyone else needs to use it.

we will, in fact, be planning to stop at a little deli in blowing rock to get lunch supplies, then head to the park. we can discuss this at breakfast, and if anyone has any better ideas, they will be up for discussion.

anybody who's planning on meeting us along way, make sure someone knows where we're planning on picking you up.

 

I am ready and excited. Just wish I had my new rear tires. My RR has slow leak which I am very unhappy about and will have to monitor during the trip.

What is the color breakdown of the cars going. Looks like mostly silverstone.
