Charlotte Dyno
I was just wondering if anyone knows of any Charlotte area dyno shops. I know Lee's Performance up on Statesville Ave. has one but it seems pretty expensive @ $100 for the baseline and $100 an hour to tune or $400 per day. Are there any other shops in the vicinity?
Hell, maybe that is a good rate and I just don't realize the cost of dyno time.

sounds a little pricy...up here my friends and I go to Carolina Auto Masters in Durham. They have a DynoJet, and even have Dyno days where all types of vehicles join up. The normal charge is $65 and that is normally for 3 pulls, but the guy is really cool, and unless he is busy enjoys playing around w/the vehicle to "work the numbers".

durring our dyno days, we usually wind up paying aroun 50.
Not sure you are willing to drive up here for it, but if so, let me know, and will pm you his info.

good luck.

as a matter of fact i probably would drive up there....i mean whenever my VAFC gets here im gonna need to have it tuned properly and the guys at Lee's didn't know anything about the Apex'i or how to tune it.
so not knowing how to use it myself along w/ atleast $200 to tune and possibly a lot more just might be cause for a little ride to Durham.
thanks for the heads up!!
