A few weeks ago I saw a middle eastern looking man taking video of buses in Myrtle Beach. You should have seen his expression. I would have thought he was just a weird tourist but he looked as if he was on a mission, pure deterimination. Way too intense to just be taking vacation footage. I should have beat him sensless with his camera but I would have gone to jail for a hate crime. I guess I could have told the cops but they were too busy harassing our own citizens who were committing the heinous crime of cruising and would not have time to deal with a sworn enemy of the United States bent on committing mass murder.

Well, funny that this thread should surface.

I received a call yesterday from the Cherry Point base where one of our (SunCom) RF Engineers was being detained because he was of "Middle-Eastern" decent. They felt he was suspicious and detained him. They then called anyone that he woudl give a number to, one of them being myself.

I did not think that was right at all. Too many folks are paranoid about current events. It's sad that some people will be wrongly accussed.

The news of another stike on American soil is scary and worse yet, they have plans for a larger strike than September 11th. It's a shame that people can have so much hate.

 

Yeah...I'm working on the 10th floor of one of those buildings, so it doesn't make me feel any better! I think Huskergirl and jstotler are in them as well, so maybe we'll start our own patrol!
