What doyou guys think about the new concept design for the GTO

 

Its got some good styling to it, but some of it makes me want to vomit. Looks like Pontiac is ditching the Firebird in place of the GTO now as the Camaro spin-off.

 

I have to admit, I thought Pontiac had been improving their styling, but this is a huge step in the wrong direction. Hideous. The color is terrible as well.

Haha, that original one posted is one of those "concepts" that would NEVER get built. As Jeremy Clarkson said on last weeks episode of Top Gear, regarding the "new" Jaguar S-Type. . ."If they build the car and it looks like that, I'll cut off my left leg and beat myself to death with it"

Granted, Jeremy has had to eat his own hair before for making a similar statement about a production car that actually did turn out like the concept. . .

 

I think just about every concept car that is "coming out" is better than just about everything that is out now. That may be because I also think most current cars have terrible styling, but thats beside the point.

 

Hot damn that looks good.

It ALMOST makes me want to buy one.

 

I think the new concept looks interesting, but I bet it's a heavy pig and the countless committee's at GM a.k.a. General Mediocre will tone it way down.
