Picked up some ap1 wheels for 250 with brand new fresh tires and no curb marks pretty fresh. I am going to change out the 205's for 245's. I'll either get them powdercoated or paint them myself black.....Deal or No Deal???

 

That's a great price if the Ap1 wheels are prinstine. To replace hem new is ~ $1500. I have bought 2 sets of Ap1 rims in perfect shape used for around $500-$700.

I'd say deal.

Guess you're asking "DEAL or NO DEAL" on painting them black or powdercoating... I would almost say you should post them and see if anyone wants to do a trade + cash or something? If they truly are pristine, someone may opt for them and give you some that a good coat of paint or powdercoating would make more sense. Best of luck.

 

yeah, i agree with airgate. i have a set of oem's that would be perfect for powder coating since they are a little scratched but have no curb rash. i wouldn't powdercoat perfect wheels without any scratches. they're just too nice.
