I was down at the Honda dealer on Independance last weekend and they have 2. One on the showroom floor stickers for $4700.00 over MSRP but they said they would sell it for the cost of the addons (wing & side skirts I think) for $1700.00 over MSRP.

I didn't get to see the Silver one the sales manager said he had as it was in the garage for "Prep" ...sold already.

That dealer is Lapointe Honda. I can get you in touch with at least four others in the area. I would not pay anything but MSRP for the car now. I have a silver and black and you are more then welcome to ride with me.

Hi,
Can't make a downtown Charlotte meeting after work, but would try other place time. There are two of us here east of you guys in Rockingham. I'm red, an attorney across the street has a yellow one. We bought them about a month apart earlier this summer.
Love the car. Iam an old British sports car guy. Have had TR6, TR7 Austin Healeys, a Fiat and later a Miata! I love the S2k. I'll watch for other groups or will see you guys on the road as in a couple of weeks I have to begin weekly (Sunday) travels into and out of Charlotte, along 74/Independence.
First Post, just found the site.

I think a get together would be great. Thursdays I work till 7 though. If we do a weekend or at least a Fri we may have more time to hang out. Love to see what everybody has done with their cars.

Welcome to the site hayjim! Congratulations on your purchase.

Check here often. You're going to love this site; invaluable information and some of the coolest, nicest people on the net. This car definitely attracts a "better breed", don't you think? Hope you can make it to some events.

Looks like Thursday, 9/13 works best for most people. Think we better stick to a non-downtown location so we can all park in the same area, and admire our cars, check out mods, etc.

How does Southend Brewery sound, say 6:00? They have a big parking lot, good brew, and an outdoor patio overlooking the parking lot.

stbrnd, you work til 7:00, but I'm sure we'd still be there. Your drive from Rock Hill should be against traffic, so it's a "fast" drive. Hope you can come. Looks like we'll have at least 4 or 5 cars there.

Post here if you can make it or have other suggestions about a place. Tuto Mondo has also been suggested; another cool place.

I close on my house that day but this just means I have a greater reason to celebrate.
