Fall McDragon!
Dragon fans! Yes...DragonBall 06 is barely over, and we're already planning to go back to Fontana Village for another officially unofficial non-event known as Fall McDragon 06, the weekend of Nov 3rd & 4th.
(After all, it's going to be a LONG time til WTD.) 
The deal is this; there are no plans and no schedule. Just a few of us showing up to spend the weekend at Fontana Village and get in as much driving and socializing as possible!
A few of us are staying in cabins, so there will be a place to hang out and enjoy the lovely fall weather "after hours". If you'd like to attend, please do! You just need to call Fontana (800.849.2258) and make a reservation. (They still had some King and 2 Queen rooms late last week available.) One nice plus; rates are down for the fall.
Ron and I plan to head out from Charlotte early on Friday morning and arrive Deal's Gap in time for a Dragon burger. We'll head home around lunch time on Sunday. Hope to see you there!
Oh, also to note: That same weekend, a Porsche group from Charleston is staying in the village, plus "some fraternity".....YIKES!!!
However, no "big" events are listed on tailofthedragon.com and hopefully, the "leaf peepers" will have vamoosed by then. <fingers crossed>

I'm heading up to the Dragon next week with GamecockS2k, so I think I will have reached my Dragon quota for the month.
