The trick is to heat up the paint where the fender is being rolled. This will help prevent paint cracking when rolling the fender. Most people use a fender rolling tool, I think you can rent them but not sure where at.

I am very interested as I need to roll the rear fenders of my S2000.

I'm setting up a Tech Day for the middle of May...so maybe we can coordinate something where we rent one and use it for the tech day??

This online rental has a good rate, $50 for the rental (5 days) and a $250 deposit. I like it because the "rental package" includes everything you'll need to roll your fenders, not simply the tool.

I have never done it...but I have talked to lots of people who have... The instructions look pretty simple...remove the rim, bolt on the fender roller, heat your fenders...roll 'em.

I think playing "they see me rollin'" in the background is optional...

My thread for the Tech Day is up!! We'll try it on my car first... (after 100k miles, it doesn't matter anymore).

I think it'll work out fine.
