Default Finally!

After a few years being out of the S2000 game due to not being able to afford another one, I finally found my second. I travel to Maryland every week to buy cars for work and this little beauty was there this past week. It's a 02 with 161k on it. It had a major diff defect announcement so I was able to pick this thing up extremely cheap. Body is in good shape, minus the right fender. Granted, the entire car needs a bit of work here and there, but for a running/driving S2000, I'm pretty happy about it.

As anyone who knows me personally can tell you, I have missed my first s2000 greatly ever since having to get rid of it and have wanted another so badly ever since. I'm super excited to have another one and get back into the community!

Here's the pic I took after we purchased it.

Not sure at this point. The only thing I've noticed is a slight vibration coming from the rear under acceleration. No grinding or anything out of the ordinary, apart from the vibration. He seems to think it might be the axles.

If it's lowered, it might be the cups in the CV joints. Pretty simple fix. Nice ride.

Yeah, I had half shaft spacers on my last s2000. Didn't people usually swap the cv joints or something like that to fix it?

You can swap them side to side if that's the issue, and it should address it for now.

If/when you lower the car, I'd definitely suggest the aforementioned spacers though.

It's already lowered so I'm hoping that's the problem.
