With Hurricane Ophelia bearing down on Wilmington, George sent an advance FEMA team into the area two days ago. They interviewed me and others in the Emergency Operations Center yesterday to make sure we had everything we needed and were up to speed on our action plan.

Last night, George personally called our mayor to make sure that he was sober, capable and a Republican.

(He really did call.)
