Default Good alignment shops in Columbia

Where are people in Columbia taking their cars for alignments? I guess I could just take it to one of the Honda dealers in town, but both of them are on the other side of town. The one on Greystone is about 30mins from me, and the one near the airport is close to 40mins. They may also charge a lot more.

About 4 years ago when I was driving around a lowered integra I called all over the place and no one would touch the car because they said it would be too low to get on the lifts. Which was BS because it was lowered about 3/4". The s2k is probably lower than that stock, so I don't want to run into the same type of responses. If someone had a good experience somewhere I'd rather go that route than risk having piss-poor work done somewhere else.

While it will still be a drive, Hilliard Automotive out in Irmo should do a good job for you. They're big Honda guys that also do a good bit of racing with the SCCA. Also, if you want a custom alignment, they'll do that for you, which a lot of people won't do...

Good luck!

I appreciate the input. That sounds like the kind of place I'm looking for. I don't mind the drive if I know they're doing a good job. I'll give them a call sometime.

I have never had work done at Hilliard Auto, but I did get to meet a few of them last week. Them seem like a really nice group of guys and they know their Hondas.

LOL. Nope, it wasn't me. But glad you've decided to keep the car. I always feel good when I see another s2k out on the road. Seeing the car from the outside in motion isn't something I get to do very often, and reminds me how much I like it.
