Default Good shops in Raleigh?

I've been going to Pinnacle Automotive for years due to their excellent customer service, but now their number is disconnected, so I can only assume they are out of business. I've got some KWv3's sitting around that need to be installed. Any other good shops in Raleigh?

Coilovers, imho, are a DIY install. I'd be happy to help and work for beer

Performance Chassis in cary can do the alignment and corner balancing and also can install if you'd prefer.

Most of us around here take out S's to them: http://www.performance-chassis.com/

I called them, but they are booked until the middle of next week. I was hoping to get the parts installed today since I got the rest of the day off, but it looks like I'll be waiting.

I'm sure the install is cake, but I don't have a good location for jacking the car up.

Another option would be NTB Auto over off of Capital, but if you want a corner balance I'd wait on PC.

Back when I had my Maxima, I was fond of Import Motor Werks. Also, Import Performance on Western Blvd. is pretty solid. I had my alignment done there last time and they did a great job.

I had a bad experience with Import Motor Werks back when they were still MPowered. I won't bad mouth them on the forum, but I won't be going back again either. Other people seem to have good experiences with them, so maybe it was just a one time thing.

I went to NTB Auto to get the KW's installed. I made sure the ride height and bump/rebound settings were all correct and they bolted them right up. Going to get alignment and corner balance done at performance chassis next week. The folks at NTB were a good group. One of them is even a member of S2ki.

That'd be me. Was great to meet you. Look forward to seeing it with rims and tires when you're done. If all goes well I may not be there much longer though. Possible career move coming in the next couple weeks. Fingers crossed.
