I have heard really good stuff about Aplinestar shoes not so much info on Pilotis. Tell me how these do when you get them.

Very nice price. I have a pair I got around 2 years ago (not in either of the styles on that link) and at that price they're definately worth it. They're comfy enough, unless you plan on doing a lot of walking in them. They do have a thin sole though.

I wore mine for a few days when I first bought them and after that only wore them for autocrosses. One already has worn through the sole. Still wearable. . .but I wouldnt want to wear them when its raining.

I just bought a pair of the Piloti Prototipo shoes. After one track day and one mountain day, I really like them. In fact, I will wear them anytime I'm spending some time in the car, like on trips. I have to relearn heel-and-toe as the sole is quite different (narrower) that the street shoes I used to wear. They give a solid feedback on the brakes.

You got a great price, and I'm sure you will like them.

I paid $58.00 for my Piloti Prototipo shoes. That's a good price. I really like the shoes.

Same Pilotis I have and love 'em. Mine are just about to turn 2 years old and they still look pretty good and are very comfortable.

Here's a photo of me sportin' 'em.

Thanks for the link Col. Bat, I'll be checking out a new pair!
