[QUOTE=w1ngman,Sep 10 2009, 08:13 AM] Michael, I'm hoping that with some successful measuring, I may be able to do the same LED treatment on AP2s but around the turnsignal circle instead.

Not sure about a DIY but wingman has done hundreds and his work is top notch. If you use the same ring, it wouldn't look good. Would need a whole new product for that. You would agree if you saw one in person.

I'd be interested in getting them done if w1ngman were to ever do a set of installs again.

I forgot what he charged but I think it was pretty reasonable

No DIY kit...yet . But I should have one within the next month. I've really been interested in making a DIY, but there have simply been too many projects & family issues presently to devote proper time to that (plus, my 'day job' is as an I.T. project manager for procedural documentation -- so I'm kinda anal about detailed instructions, and that means I'm gonna want them 'just right...or not at all' ). Give me until Mid-November and I bet I'll have that buttoned up.

I've tried 'the look' around the HID projector as well. Too crowded IMO. More to the point, the internal design of the S2000 headlamp leaves the HID assembly protruding so far forward within the headlamp, that the LEDs would end up significantly too close to the housing's clear outer casement. Part of the beauty of this mod (and installing it around the circumference of the high beam), is that the high beam 'area' is deeply recessed. Installed and when lit, this mod adds a significant sense of depth to the S2000 headlamp assembly .
