Hello all,

I'm headed down to North Myrtle Beach Saturday the 18th for seven days to help my parents move in to their new home as they settle in to retirement. Not a big move as they are only moving 2 blocks.

Anyway, for a few moments of automotive zen during the week, I was hoping to escape (probably with dad in tow) to a car meet. I looked in your calander section and didn't see any s2k meets, but just wanted to check and see if there was any other type of weekly gatherings of automotive enthusiasts in the Myrtle Beach Area. Coffee and cars type thing.

If not, is there a great exotic car dealer in the area? Cars are one of the great connections my dad and I have, and it would be a great alternative to having him kick my arse in golf.

Any information is appreciated.

Where are you from in Philly? I used to live in Bucks Co about 6 years ago...been in Myrtle ever since.

No weekly gatherings, and sad to report, no exotic car dealers...I will be around all weekend, probably out boating or on the beach, but there are a few of us down here who may chime in and want to do a mini meet. Either way hit me up...

 

I may ride down that way on Saturday, depending on the weather. Doesn't look like we'll be having very good weather for the rest of the week.

 

Small world...I'm in Newtown, Bucks County PA next to Tyler State Park. Moved here 6 years ago...

I grew up down there, haven't been back in a long time...looking forward to the trip.

Nice...I grew up in Langhorne, right down the road. Used to live across from Styers Orchard, thats where I grew up.
