So, you're going to be able to get us a sweet deal on the condos then, right!?!?

High Rock is in Rowan County, less than an hour from Charlotte. The track is going to be phenominal and the amenities will be first class.

And yes, I'm working on a deal so that everybody at s2ki will have a place to stay.

For a nominal fee.

Finally !!! A track that is close enough, to me, to make some track days a real possibility .

Even though I will have to wait about a year !

Keep us posted Phil .

This is great news. The support for this project among the public officials is a refreshing change from the typical resistance to anything new and different.

Congratulations on the condos. It looks like this is not very far from my house.

Did this idea get scratched? A customer of mine told me that the main developer abandoned the idea.
