I have been reading the forums for who knows how long. I have been looking at the S2000 prototypes since '98, and now, when I look out my window, I am looking at the final product! I picked up my S2000 Monday! I have 3 months to go until I am 16 though... But I plan to attend the meets some between now and then, if anyone will ride with me.

 

Wow! An S2000 at your age...congratulations.....nice colour choice! I'm just trying to make sense of your post re. the age thing. So does this mean you can't take your test till you're 16, but you can drive the car accompanied by a licence holder? Is there a lower limit at what age you can drive even accompanied?

 

Well when you turn 15, you take a test, and if you pass you can drive with an adult of the age of 21 or older until 9pm-5am... after six months of that, you can drive anytime with anyone 21 or older. Then when I turn 16, I take another test. If I pass I can drive by myself antime except 9pm-5am. After six months of that I get to drive anytime.
