What is the time frame from when you contacted him first, to the agreement being made, to the money wire, to the withdraw, to now?

 

Yes but the western union money transfer was going to be under a certain name which he does know of and not his name, so once i recieved a tracking number I would switch it to his name so he can get the money.

I dont see how he could had gotten the money from Western Union if its not under his name and he didn't say the secret password which i told western union to specifically ask for and also for a form of ID before releasing the funds.

 

i transfered the money today and he said he would ship it today also and call me immediately after he shipped it which would had been around 5 or 6 and i tried calling him from 6- whatever time it is right now and so far no luck. Before he got the money he would respond every single time

 

How did you become aware that he had taken the funds from WU? What did they say about the situation?

 

I just became worry and wanted to make sure my money was still there and i called Western Union and they said its been taken out already...
They told me there not sure how the money was released without proper ID and saying the secret catchphrase.

 

So the problem was with the WU location in Marathon... I believe I would be shouting at them.
