Default Invasion of S2Ks

We need a "Sighted Sticky" at the top of the forum.

I saw, I believe, a GPW AP2 on Laurens Road around 1:30pm on 8/4, heading towards DT Gville. It was right around The Great Escape. You had the top up...I almost put mine up, it was smoking hot out there today.

Also, saw a Silverstone AP2 on Haywood as I was heading to get dinner today. I waved, but you ignored me.

Not to mention I saw 2 (maybe 3, one could have been a repeat) NFR S2K on Sunday on 153 in Powdersville.

There are tons of s2k's out and about. Sad thing is, most of them don't wave or even acknowledge your existence.

The ones who don't wave are the stuck up old ppl! I honked and waved at a GPW AP2 today on my way to work and they acted like they didn't even see me lol.

well not everyone is an enthusiast. Some people may have just purchased the car because they couldn't afford something else (boxster) or for some other reason. I wouldn't sweat it.

Same thing happens when I ride my harley...sometimes they wave back, sometimes they wave first, sometimes they ignore or don't wave at all.

I just annoys me though because this IS an enthusiasts car. Or is supposed to be. Its not some dinky miata or z4 that rich people like to drive around in just to special . They're really missing out on a great community. This community is the number one reason why I am so glad I purchased an S2000 and not a 350z or WRX like I might have.

Nicely put.

Saw an Silverstone AP1 this morning going grocery shopping. I waved twice...and I was so close that had I pushed the gas I would have t-boned him. Punk (old guy) didn't wave.
