Well, here it is finally. I have about 27 hours in it and there are a little over 140 layers. Im happy with the way it came out. The lack of detail is what I was going for. Its hard to know where to quit though as I left a lot of things out. I hope you guys like it. All comments and criticisms are welcome as Im still learning!

Both kinda. You use the photo as reference, but actually draw the lines, kindof like lightbox I guess. It is not a modified photo though
