I was watching the WRAL early news this morning and new story came on.

What attracted my attention to a news story was seeing a wrecker towing an AP1 from the scene. It appeared to be silver but due to the darkness it is hard to tell.

The story is that a 20 something W/M was arrested after cutting a hole in the roof of the Social Security building in Durham.

I have no idea if it is someone who is active in our local club.

I am anxious to get more details.

At least they are taking care to tow the car in a semi-proper way. Wonder what he was doing breaking into the SS office? They don't have vast amounts of cash assets there or anything... Was he trying to hack into the system and get himself on SS? LOL.

He should have been arrested based solely on not insisting they tow the car on a flatbed.

 

Couple of SR20s would pull a premium a week before Race Wars...

 

So is this AP1 now up for auction at impound?? LOL it would be awesome to scoop it up for CHEAP!
