Don't know that kit personally but you will have to mod your front subframe to use it. The rear sump works and clears everything and it's OK for street driving but for XP with good tires you need a good pan(most likely front sump) or dry sump. Are you apposed to modding your subframes?

currently I am apposed to altering my sub frames, but with that oil pan kit I don't think its necessary.
Regardless oil baffling/cooling is a necessity for my build.

That pan won't clear the subframe unless you push the engine back at least one more inch.

Ya that kit won't work and I don't think my stock Z06 oil pan will fit. I won't know until I test fit the engine/trans.

For XP I highly recommend 16x12 wheels in the rear, and 16x11's in the front. Run the Avon A11 or Hoosier R75 slicks. I can give you some pointers on cutting weight. My FP car is under 1930lbs.

That's the set up I'm looking at going to. I have been working with CCW to build me a set of 16s for the Monster. I know that's what Collett was running last time he was in Atlanta. Are you guys still running Hoosiers on the Stook?

CCW should still have my 'LM' wheel patterns handy. They had to cut new centers to clear the brake calipers, but I've been really happy with them. I did 16x10's all around, but bumping the outer barrel up to 11 or 12 would be no problem. I ran Avons in 2013, which were magic pixie dust tires. I used part AV2826, which is an 11x23.5-16, 6-ply bias slick in A11 compound. Those things stick right out of the gate, cold. Jason ran that same tire on the front and the 12.5x25in rear, if I'm not mistaken. I only ran one event this year: Nationals, and I just used my Avon's from last year. I'm planning on running the new Hoosier R75 radial slick next year. They seem to be pretty close in performance to the Avons and around the same price, but Hoosier has contingency. Plus, bias ply slicks like very low camber (around -1 degree), and I could never get that little from the rears. They're at about -2.2, so more friendly to a radial tire.

How many runs are you getting out of the Avons?
