Arrow Might be swapping cars

Well ladies and gents, I've owned my s2000 for 4 months now. I bought it used with 69k on it and it now has 80k. The past 3 weeks I've replaced the left rear half shaft and had the whole rear end tightend up as it was loose (yes loose, the technician who worked on it could literally shift the rear end right to left). Closer inspection on the car revealed that both front corner fenders have been replaced or repainted, the drivers side door has been replaced (no vin# on door), passenger side door does not shut flush with body (bent frame?), the right rear fender has been repaired and the tail light on that same side is pressed in and I also had to fix the AC condensor on the car also the whole car has been repainted. The dealer did not give me a damage disclosure to sign at the time of signing paper work. Obviously the car has been wrecked pretty badly before I bought it and I'm sure the damage and repairs listed would cost more than 25% of the value of the car. I have a lawyer working with me on it and I am going to give the car back if I have the option. I love the car to death, GPW blk/ red interior but they sold me a car that I could have really got hurt in if I didnt pay attention to details. Should they take it back I don't know what I will be getting in place of it, possibly another s2000 (only if its the same color layout tho ). If I have to keep the car that will be fine with me as long as the frame isn't bent. Its a shame that someone would mistreat and be so irresponsible with a car as nice as it is.

^ I think the dealer has to take the car back, if nothing else for good customer relations. I bought mine used from a dealer, and a year later the short block had to be replaced. They did it at no charge to me. I was prepared to get my lawyer involved but it wasn't necessary. I hope your dealer cooperates. Might be hard to find another GPW around, though. Not that many of them. Good luck!

Sorry for your troubles. Sometimes bad things happen to good cars. I hope things get resolved to your liking.

You know, s2000s come in other nice colors too and they are all fun, like the people that drive them!

Best wishes,

Jamie
