Its a really upbeat, happy time! Picking out the perfect Christmas tree. Listening to Christmas music. Seeing lots of Christmas decorations. And the occasional smells of cedar, tangerines, and pumpkin bread bring back memories of Christmases past.

What makes YOUR bells jingle?

 

Geez, you and your jingling bells.

I'm concerned about New Bern. My office is decorated, my house is decorated, but lots of other homes and stores are not decorated. What's the freakin' deal! Get with it folks, DECORATE!

 

Remember those big colored lights people used to put on their house before they got replaced with the bably little white lights and icicles? My roof is completely outlined with 'em and the porch is being done after work today!

I think December really smacks me around every year and reminds me what's really important... The cold weather brings you inside more to where it's warm in many ways. I seem to spend a little more quality time with the people who really matter... which is kinda nice when the rest of the year is fast paced and a little hectic!

 

GamecockS2K; thats awesome! I grew up with those huge lights. I think I will dig in my dads attic and look for ours. HA/HA- My bells jingle when I see others happy. Nothing is cooler than getting someone a gift they will like. I think those old Christmas lights will bring back a lot of memories!
