Smile My car is still missing......

Hello Everyone,

Well its going on 3 weeks since my car has been stolen as if this Friday. The police have no information for me at all. To make things even worse, I got robbed (at knife point) at my mailbox 3 days after my car was stole. Some big Asian dude took my car keys as well as apartment keys. It just really sucks overall. Obviously I changed my locks and my roommates and I have decided to move from this location.

As if right now, I really don

Hey Anu-

keep your chin up, everyone goes through period of bad luck. Just look down the road and before you know it, its the end of the semester, the weather will be great and you'll be driving a new car- maybe even a new S!

If it'll help, you are more than welcome to take a ride in my car.

usually if you dont find your car in 48 hours, its toasted. whether exporting, stripped, burned or whatever. how long does insurance want to wait? the roadster is nice, but i think overpriced because they are really rare...go with the sedan btw i'll be in princton next week too. so, dont freak out if you see me eating mehek

Sorry for your loss. I kind of know how you are feeling b/c I had my civic stolen back when I was in college. A week later, I was mugged while walking back from the supermarket for my cash and food. It's such a low point, but you have to think positive and believe that things will get better.

I would not get a car until after you move. My aptment complex in the university area offers garages (which I have), but I'm a bit concerned with the increase in crime in this area....Good luck.

Wow, I really thought they'd find it by now! At least in peices if nothing else. What apartments is that?

I liked the M Roadster. Really cool car, much better engine and suspension then the Z3's. Lot's of torque and it sounds great. I almost bought one until I talked to people who'd owned BMWs and they told me how expensive maintanence parts are. That led me to the S2000, and of course I couldn't have been happier. I'd go for an '05 if I were you!

I am sorry this happened to you. I think you should find a safe place to live before you buy a new car. That is just sad. I hope everything will turn out well for you. Don't let it get you down. Whoever did this to you will eventually receive their just retribution in due time.

What's a NATIONhood? Did they stop calling them neighborhoods?

Sorry Anu, for your loss. This sucks big time. I can't imagine what I would do if I knew someone stole me beloved S2000.
