Give Jack a call at P1 Automotive. He does a lot of work for FI owners both in North and South Carolina.

I do not understand what you are trying to say.
Hold a mirror up to the screen and read it. It says, "Ok"!

Jack said that SC doesnt have obd2 so he doesnt have the equipment to regulate or messure/monitor the neccesity to pass... in short he said he can tune it but no guarantee to pass in NC

This is alway a risk you run in an emission state with tuning a car. Unfortunately the only option open to you tune the car and go and get tested to see if you pass. This mainly leaves you with one option, Greddy. Since the AEM deletes the use of the OBD2, the Greddy e-manage, as I understand it, piggybacks onto the Honda ECU and allows the OBD2 to stay active.

How aggressive of changes are you looking to make? Injectors, throttle body, boost pulley, etc.

In my guess, the less aggressive the changes the more likely you will be to pass, but then again anyting is possible.

BTW: You can always move to S. Carolina, where couches with headlights are allowed on the road.
