Adam, It was great to meet you and I'm glad you had a good time.

Steve, It was good to see you again. Thanks very much for the tee shirt. Glad you got home safely through the foothills backroads adventures. Matt, Adam and I got back to the King area in about 1 hour. I was home in 70 minutes. I had a fun time and enjoyed putting the drive together.

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR JOINING IN ON THIS DRIVE. As Steve said it was nice to see our Charlotte and Wilmy friends and also to meet some new folks.

My brother and I had a great time. Thanks Jay for putting this together.

We rush out after the wine tasting and made it home just after 7pm. Got there just in time to start up the grill to throw the food on for the in-laws. So, everything worked out perfectly.

Good seeing everyone again.

Damn! I hate that I missed this. Folks, I have been crazy busy...but I promise to be more alert on the boards. I could have (should have) made the time to attend this. Looks like a GREAT TIME!!!

I'd like to add another THANK YOU to Jay for pulling this all together! Ron and I had a great time. The roads were really beautiful, and I loved visiting the winery; never been there before, but plan to return! It was really nice seeing everyone, and meeting some new folks.

10 of us returned to the Chateau for dinner, and it was excellent! (MyBad's MyBride even managed to "sweet talk" the manager into a couple of free desserts! ) Those of us that stayed over in the nearby B&B had a great (if WAY too late) evening sitting on the porch and drinking wine til the wee hours. We finished a great weekend sightseeing in the (foggy!) area on Sunday. All in all, an excellent time.
