You might want to check out the RE-01R. They are being closed out at great prices http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes.jsp?ma...=Potenza+RE-01R.

Great tire.

If they dont show them online definitely call them and see if they have any left.

im not a big fan of mix and matching tires re050-re01r even if theyre from the same manufacturer, on a side note anyone here have sumitomo htrz III on their car? im leaning towards that after reading quite a bit of feedback from "search" for the price of the sumi's i can just buy 4 instead of just replacing 2.

I have actually heard from a couple of people that the wear is quite good. Maybe the best thing to do is call Jim at the tirerack and speak to him he is a sponser here and knows about the S2000. He helped me when I was looking for rear tires also with some good advice.

I've got the Sumi HTZ III's. Great tire. The grip very well and the wear is fantastic. I have mayby 3K on them and they still look brand new. I just checked the wear on them over the weekend.
I worked with Jim at tire rack and he highly recommended these tires over anything else in the price range. I was going to go with some dunlops or BFG tires and he talked me out of it.

They will probably be what stays on my car.
