Just wanted to send a quick apology out to the S2000 driver that pasted me tonight on Johnston Rd/Ballantyne Commons.
A little ironic I guess seeing how I only see an S2k about once every 3-4 weeks and the ones I do see are usually parked or going the opposite direction down the highway. Tonight I finally have one behind me...a Silverstone...and I just wasn't in the mood.
Got the complimentary wave and rev...I waved back, but it was half-hearted.
My mother passed earlier this week....a heart attack on a plane flight to Korea. Stresses from the death & trying to get her and my father back to the USA have taken quite a toll.
So I apologize....I may have given a nasty look or maybe my turn into the shopping center was a bit abrupt. I hope it was one of the members here so you'll know why I wasn't in the mood for fun.
I've been wanting to meet up with fellow owners for awhile, but unfortunately, the S2000 will be taking a back-seat for the next week or so.

 

Cheetah, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. Don't worry, you'll have LOTS of opportunities for S2Fun. I was hoping we'd see you at the Outer Banks run, but I certainly see where that's not possible. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
