I haven't seen "mud flaps" in years. They used to be popular aftermarket items for Buicks and Caddies in the 50s.

They rank right up there with suicide knobs and cigarette packs rolled up on the t shirt sleeve.

yeah, the sides of my car would look better if I would have had these, but I still don't think I would have wanted them on my car

Maybe its a matter of seeing them in person, but I was expecting something terrible. Compared to most of the "scary" things on ebay, these are tame.

so since when did the s2000 become a 4x4 car? I thought mud flaps were only meant to go on trucks and granny cars but i am most likley mistaking who knows.

If they were...
1) smaller,
2) color matched, AND
3) better integrated with the car
...(like on the 350Z), they wouldn't be all that bad.
