Dave, you just did what I've also considered doing. Only way I'd give mine up would be for a new, 08 or 09 Laguna. Congrats!

On the clear bra, I think it was J who said that Total Vehicle Protection in RTP does excellent work on both tint and clear bras.
Thanks Karl.

Go see my buddy Pete at TVP. He does all the clear bra's for Foreign Cars Italia and Leith Porsche (check out his gallery of cars he's done). Total Vehicle Preparation

Trust me... He is THE MAN.

No kidding. As Jeremy Clarkson once said on Top Gear, it's "bite the back of your hand beautiful."

Nice buy. I have always loved the LB color. I am not a huge fan of the wheels though.

See I think the wheels look awesome . To each his own . Kind of a new take on the classic five spoke design.

Just my .02.

I am hoping the wheels grow on me - I much prefer the AP2 V2s, but it is not an option to retrofit without some serious mods to disable the TPMS.

We'll see. New wheels are low on my list at this point....

Dave, if you're considering different wheels, I *think* Tire Rack has options for fitting basically any wheel with the appropriate TPMS stuff.

I personally love the 08-09 wheels. I would trade you in a second for my like new version 2s. Too bad I don't have TPMS.

I have a garage full of AP2 V2 wheels And a set of AP1s with winter rubber. Now I gotta figure out what to do with them.....

Anyone know what is involved converting a wheel to be TPMS compatible?
