Default Paint Front Lip

Anyone know anyone that can paint a replica ap1 front lip that is made of polyurethane around the Triangle area? I'm tired of having a flat black spray painted front lip. I had the guy that just painted my front bumper look at it and he said that he didn't want to do it because he didn't think that the paint would stick well to the polyurethane...not sure if that's really an issue but i figured i would ask here. I would prefer an individual instead of a paint shop unless this shop is relatively cheap.

Thanks for any help guys.

Not cracked not even damaged, Just a nice black scuff where it rubbed the paint off the side, I was so pissed when I did it. Totally forgot I had to be more careful when whipping into spots
