Default possible move

Me and the wife have been talking about moving out to Raleigh, NC and i thought id get your guys take on the city, state and other areas of interest. Ill be moving from phoenix, az so its a BIG change in climate for me lol. any info, opinons or advise would be greatly appreciated.

plus i may be able to use this as an excuse to go back into the marines since she just wants to go to NC... she didnt state what part lol

Awesome, that did help out alot! Though it may not happen in the near future we are in the begining stages of planning, maybe a year or so. but its a beautiful state and i cant wait for a change. just need to get the beetle running and some winter tires for the snow.

Unless you are moving to the mountains of NC you will be lucky to see snow more than a handfull of days each year. In Raleigh you can expect to see it 3-5 days a year.

I've only been here three months and I love it. I'm just east of Raleigh in Clayton. If you like to drive, this state is full of roads.
