Default possibly saying goodbye

Its sad after 7 long years of ownership I will be parting ways with my 1st car. I'm not sure how I'm going to handle it because I have grown so attached to her. I'm just glad that I will be able to step up into the car I have always wanted. Before I part with her I need to know who is good at repairing the soft top rips? Gotta have her perfect before I sell her

Your first car is so much more than your first car. It's the first time you've had real freedom in your life. It was there through your first girlfriend, it was there for your first job, and it was there during some really unforgettable memories in high school. Chances are, it drove you to and from the first time you got laid; and it was there for your first drink.

But it eventually has to happen. For me, my first car was a red '93 Celica GT-S, and the car I had always wanted was an S2000.

Sorry to see you go, take care, be safe, don't do drugs.

PS, are you replacing the whole top, or just patching?

My first car was a v6 mustang, then a celica GT-S, then my s2k, i traded celica for a teg after i got my s2k, and i miss the celica still... such a comfortable car, smooth ride, etc. i could not DREAM of losing my S2000... 5$ says you regret it come the next warm day with a s2k meet. Or driving around down and seeing one... but hey, if you sell, good luck with sale.

Def do not miss my first car, 94 cavalier, blew engine twice and fixed it myself the first time and scrapped it the second. My S was my 6 or 7th car. I've always wanted one.

That almost sums up my first car and my experiences. I had mine for 3 years, sold it and a few months later the kid totaled it. It was a 92 DX hatch with a GSR swap.
