Those must be for the bracket and not the bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket. At any rate, I never got to 70 lbs, much less 79. I'll back them out and re-torque them this weekend

I've got the Helms manual for 2002, rear 17, front 24, rear mount 41, front mount 79.5
Lug Nuts are 79.6
