Alright so I need some advice on rebuilding the bottom end of the engine. Basically I just want it to run like it did stock. I spun a bearing a few months ago and the crankshaft is basically shot. Should I replace the full bottom end or just the bearings and the crankshaft??? I need this fixed ASAP. I'm set on ordering all the parts I need Monday.

A new stock short block from honda is about $2500. You will spend over a grand on parts just for the crankshaft and bearings. That's assuming the journals in the block were not damaged by the spun bearing. I've done a rebuild that didn't go so well -- it only lasted about 6000 miles. Rather than deal with that again, I bought a complete motor out of a wrecked '05.

Yes, but it will cost you a couple of hundred bucks shipping, and you will need a new headgasket , which is why I said $2500.
