Default Recaro on ebay?

Hey everyone. I found a pair of recaro spg on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RECARO-SPG-...emZ250753386375

The seller mention they are "Grey market products" ?? Which means they are replica? Or they are authentic from other country?

Does anybody or know someone have these. I am thinking to make a offer to the seller.

I am trying to hear some more opinion before I make the offer.

Thanks so much!

They could be authentic but from another country and are being sold here without Recaro's authorization...

Now from looking at your Link, taking a quick glance at the title, it mentions Recaro and Bride... 2 seperate manufacturers...

IMO, theyre prolly knockoffs.

when it comes to safety things like seats or seat belts or brakes i dont like to buy replicas cause i want to be sure that in case something were to happen that every thing works and the thing about replicas is that there cheaper cause there not tested to work or is a less grade material if it was like a front lip or some thing for looks i would be replicas thats my thoughts

^^^agreed. I'd be very weary of buying replica parts that are necessary for safety.
