Yesterday my wife and I decided to go to the beach for the afternoon. The water was great and I even caught a couple little waves body surfing. After about an hour I feel something in the pocket of my suit. It's the S keys! Instantly a $150 bill from the dealer flashes into my head, for a new key fob. Well, I go to the beach and put the keys in my towel and then back in the water for a couple hours. (The water was great!) The park closes and they kick us out. As we walk out to the car, I cross my fingers and press the unlock button. From across the lot we see the lights flash! My wife is more shocked than me. I looked at her and said "It's a Honda!".

 

Great story. They are surprisingly rugged.

Just FYI though, the key fobs can be found used online for $20-$30 and are easily reprogrammed by yourself.
