Registration is now open for the next South Carolina Region SCCA Solo at the Michelin Proving Grounds in Laurens, SC. This is Event #7 in the Folger Subaru South Carolina Autocross Championship, though anyone is welcome to participate.

If this will be your first Solo, welcome! For your first or second time competing in an autocross event, we strongly encourage you to register for "Novice" class, which will group you with other novice drivers and partner you with instructors who will introduce you to the sport and help you with any questions you might have.

Sounds like fun; would love to come watch! That's my dad's birthday weekend, so I'll have to see what the family plans are.
