Police are looking for a man wanted on breaking and entering charges.

According to the Durham County Sheriff's Office, Robert Ray Davis has active arrest warrants. Davis has a history or residential breaking and entering.

He is between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a serious disfigurement on the heel of one of his feet. This injury is from stealing a handgun during a break-in, and it accidentally discharging into his heel.

Davis is not considered armed and may not possess any handguns due to incident involving the discharging of that weapon. Police said caution should be used if he is encountered.
