How do you like your Evo? I have friends with both EVO and STI'S and its a clear battle line drawn between the two cars.
I really enjoy mine. It is a 2006 Evo IX RS. So no power windows or locks, no sunroof or wing, no factory radio, no ABS, no trunk liner, but a better factory suspension, and the bulletproof 5 speed, also about 300 LBS lighter than an evo IX MR. I have cams, meth injected, full hard pipes, full exhaust, bigger intercooler, tune, and stock turbo ( for now). I really enjoy the car, I miss the S on sunny days and mountain drives, because it had just enough power to be fun but not enough to get yourself in any real danger. I have little experience with STI's. I have heard they have fragile transmissions.

Crap. I'd do it, but I just purchased new street tires, and they're 17s.

I'm really surprised you haven't moved these yet. I've never seen them before, and that seems like a heck of a bargain.

Anyway, free bump.

Dang Jay! You are making this tough on me! I don't really need or want wheels, but these look pretty sweet. Are those tires standard high performance tires or more like track tires? I would have already bought them if they were 17"!!

They are Yoko ES tires which is more of a street tire/ light track tire. You would really see a performance upgrade after switching these for your D2's. I would go as far as to say you would use the SSR wheels everyday and either sell or keep the D2's for show.
