Default Steve Treece at Carolina Shine

After reading the boards and seeing the glowing praise and great pics, I decided to order some Zaino for my new Suzuka. I called Steve Treece with Carolina Shine in Charlotte, NC, late yesterday afternoon to place an order.

He couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I understand now why the folks from around the Carolinas are so crazy about him!

As someone whose past plans for keeping her car clean consisted of waiting for a really good rain , I appreciated his willingness to explain the products and make suggestions.

Despite the fact I called so late in the day, he got my order out and it arrived this morning.

Looks like I have something to do this weekend if the weather holds!

For anyone in this area, I would stongly suggest calling Steve (704.759.0142) for your Zaino orders!

Thanks, Steve.

If I may offer a suggestion. Those of us who attended the Zaino Clinic learned that we still had alot to learn. And that Zaino is both easy to use once explained and shown how. I would suggest that you contact someone around your area(a fellow s2k owner) that would be willing to assist you in your first round of the zaino in person so you get the most out of it.

I'd be happy to volunteer. I'll be in Atlanta all day Saturday, but I'm free on Sunday.

Steve Treece is quite a guy. Knows his product extremely well and holds true to the best customer care I have ever experienced (and I'm in the business).

Thanks for posting your experience here. I think all the Carolina folks who use Zaino and deal with Steve feel the same way. Go Steeve!

Thanks for the suggestion, cknebusch and for the very kind offer, SC Highlander. (I didn't see it until just now--I go to Columbia every weekend since my fella lives there. Ain't love grand?)

Shelia--Steve mentioned how great your car looks when I told him I was stressing about mine having to endure life without a garage.
