Went to the Auto X in New Bern this last weekend and had a chance to meet Airgate. Was really nice to meet you. Had a good time even though i didnt stay too long. I registered as stock, and my Spa and Airgate's silver where the only S2K's out there. Just to let u other drivers know its not as easy as it looks (or do i just drive like rain man?) First round i lost track right after the straight away and had a DNF. 2nd round i feel i didnt do so bad, but let me say when i get on a course like that I dont like to hold back. Was my first time ever doing this kinda stuff in a car like this so what-the-hell aye Trying to do the things u see in movies with your car coming outta a corner sideways and powering outta it is really hard to do. I had the honor of having a SCCA champion ride with me to keep me in the lanes also helped some. Clipped a cone trying to hold a corner. Really was there for shits and giggles so i didnt even find out my time. Im sure it sucked. Also be careful for the Mini-Coopers in the corners and the 350Z period.
