Suzuka blue in Apex
I was driving home last night (unfortunately not in my S2000) around 7:30 and saw a brand new blue (temp tags) with top down turn right onto the 64 East entrance ramp at Davis Drive. I couldn't quite catch up before I had to turn off. Anybody on this board?

It might have been me. My temp tags are from TN so you should be able to tell. I actually live in Cornelius and there are now 2 other blues in Cornelius. So much for having a rare car!

Hey Tigger, I hope that was not my new Suzuka Blue you saw on Thursday night, because I picked mine up from Auto Finders on Friday morning. I guess that might explain the 51 miles that were already on the car...
BTW, could you make out what the driver looked like? I might have to do some investigating...

I saw the car on Wednesday the 17th and started this thread on Thursday the 18th, so I sort of doubt it was the car you took delivery on that Friday. Unfortunately, I only got to the point where my front tire was even with the S2K's back tire before I turned off. Best I could tell was that the male driver had a full head of wavy blondish-brown hair. I think the female passenger had long straight medium brown hair. I never got even a side view of their faces. Based on where they came from and the way they turned, I suspect they were out for a joy ride. For what it's worth, the guy was being very easy on the car.
I've bought cars from Auto Finders before. Sometimes they have to drive the car from the dealer that has it to the dealer that will prep it and deliver it to Auto Finders. I wouldn't be too surprised for an Auto Finders car to have some miles on it.
If you don't mind me asking, what price did you get out of Auto Finders? I paid MSRP when I ordered mine through Sanford Honda.
