Default ticket in mauldin sc

ok so i got a ticket for accelerating at a high rate, i never even went over the speed limit $277 and 3 points

That is what sucks about judgement call tickets. I wonder if you were profiled as a nice guy.

I would get an attorney and fight it, especially if you never spun tires OR went over the speed limit. That would be pretty easy to fight, BUT you will need an attorney - that is how the system is rigged.

my friend had the same thing happen to him, but his was a 1000, and like 5 points, he went to court and talked to the judge, he said he was guilty but that was rediculous fine, so the judge droped it to 80 and no points....

well i went to city hall and found the guy that gave me the ticket, and he made a deal with me =] get new taillights installed by jan. 5 @9am and he would void the fine and points. see he gave me a ticket for the accelerating at a high rate but he also gave me a warning about my taillights so i kinda like his deal so ill go with ap2 taillights
